in the factory to check the progress of production:
- Esa Smart Tracer allows you to remotely check in real time the status and progress of production of all the plants managed by the packages of the EsaFour4 suite.
- Access is possible remotely both from a PC and from all mobile devices (smartphones, tablets), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Esa Smart Tracer is available in iOS and Android version
All data within reach of your smartphone.
Through a series of screens,
a series of information will be available, such as:
- Name of the machine
- Program running
- Machine status
- Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) index is a global indicator of resource efficiency
- Period of time for which you want to view information
- Sequence list of production orders
For each production order will be showed:
- Production order code (schedule)
- Order execution start date / time
- Production duration
- Number of pieces produced

You can choose from 3 types
of subscription the one that best suits
your customers.
Downloading the app from the Apple and Google stores is totally free.
There are three different membership levels: Basic, Advanced and Pro.
3 subscriptions for all needs
The main difference between the three packages is related to the quantity and temporal coverage of the data that can be viewed:

Basic subscription: the data of the current day

Advanced subscription: data of the week

Pro subscription: data for the last 6 months.
It will also be possible to choose whether to save the data on the Esautomotion Cloud servers (through the Remsoft partner) or on your company servers.
