EsaFour4: a suite of four software
to enter Industry 4.0
EsaFour4 consists of 4 different software, developed in collaboration with the Remsoft software house, to offer a 100% modular and 100% Industry 4.0 solution capable of:

- connect each machine with the company system, allowing the bidirectional exchange of data
- check the progress of production at any time

Discover the four EsaFour4 softwares
Data Logger
Collects the production data in real time
of the single machine and translates
them into a format that can be exported
and readable by external softwares.
Each machine and each CNC uses its own language, which cannot be read by other machines or PCs.
Data Logger samples the data and transforms it into a compatible, universally readable format.
Inside the DataLogger there are two basic features:
- connection to the CNC of the machine and collection of production information such as:
- machine status, running program, etc.
- production statistics: e.g .: number of pieces produced, start and end time of a production batch,
- machine set-up times, etc.
- transformation of records into compatible and exportable language and their transfer
Production Manager
Manages orders with maximum efficiency
The Production Manager application takes care of loading the various production
orders into the machine, sending all the information on the piece to be made to the CNC.
Advantages for the user:
- fully automated management of orders
- optimization of production flows: the application defines the optimal order processing sequence
- zeroing of human errors in the loading phase
- more productivity means increased margins
- integration with other EsaFour4 packages: interfacing with Data Logger allows you to receive and control the start and end processing communications
Production Tracer
Organizes and processes the production data of the machines.
Thanks to this application it will be possible:
- view the production data generated by the Data Loggers of each machine,
- organize and present them in an orderly way based on some main parameters,
- facilitate the work of monitoring the production processes in progress

- generation of graphs for statistics and comparisons
- possibility to customize the data thanks to a series of filters
Office Production Manager
Loading, management and total control of orders.
This package allows the insertion of a new order so that the operator can select it and start it automatically to the Production Manager installed on the machine.
For each order, the Office Product manager makes available a quantity of information:
- unique code of the order
- quantity of pieces to be produced
- target machine
- article code to be produced
- order priority level
- order status: ready, in progress and processing finished

Thanks to its modularity, EsaFour4 allows you to install only the packages that your customer will actually need:

If a production management system is already installed in your customer’s company, by purchasing only the Data Logger and Production Manager packages, your machine can be “hooked” to the production management system and therefore to the entire production chain of the company.

If no production management software is installed, you can purchase the entire suite:
- the Office Data Manager and Tracer packages will act as production management software
- the Data Logger and Production Manager packages will allow connection to the two previous packages, activating a complete two-way communication between the machine and the company information system
